Overall, this townhouse is very well-designed, and very affordable compared to other nearby apartments that I have looked around. The building has 3 floors, the ground floor, the 1st floor, and the 2nd floor.

I live on the first-floor unit and the building has 6 units on each side. But I do not hear any noise from my neighbors while listening to music. The apartments also come with parking spaces.

As I walked through the townhouse and its surroundings and I felt very secure and safe. Just a note, the developers have been in the real estate business for a very long time, so you can be assured that they know that you are being presented with a quality product. It is not only affordable but also a good-sized development.

And we can only conclude why it’s almost sold out. It is a pretty decent apartment overall.
